General information for the business: Online Sports Betting Platform
Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Description of requirements/functionality: Hello,
I am looking to have a Sports betting software developed, where users can bet on Sporting Events, such as Football, Tennis, Cricket, Rugby, etc...
The system will have 2 user types: Admin and Better
Better should be able to:
- Create an Account
- Secure Login
- Place Bets on sporting events
- Deposit Money into their account
- Withdraw funds from their account
- View a list of historical bets
- View a list of historical deposits
- View a list of historical withdraws
- Be able to select a sport to show all events taking place. With the filters to allow Betters to search events taking place up to one week in advance
- View odds for events even when not logged in
- People signed up to the site should receive some free credit to use as a bet when they deposit some money on the site
Admin should be able to:
- Impersonate any user of the system, to do/see everything in the system that that user has done
- View a list of all clients registered on the system along with some basic information in a list of their Balance and Brief betting history
- manually overwrite odd on the system
- Disable and Reactivate Betters accounts
- Issue refunds
Integration this site must handle includes:
- API with a betting odds XML feed provider (to be confirmed which one). This will provide all the odds for events happening and will be a paid for service by me.
- Payment gateway, to make Card Deposits and PayPal also.
The site will need to be responsive design and resize to Tablet and Mobile views to be functional.

These sites give an idea of what I want, however they have a lot more functionality than what I need. I only need the sports betting section.
