I have 17 files that I need edited to upload to Audible

I have an audiobook that I need edited to upload to audible

I have started uploading, but have been given the following errors:

> Bit rate needs to be 192 kpbs or higher
> It needs to be at 44.1 kHz
> It needs to be encoded in 'Constant Bit Rate'

I also need a short 'Opening Credits file' put into the same format

All need to be MP3 I believe
