We require an intelligent, experienced and persuasive sales person who can appreciate the benefits of what we can do for small business owners and sell the benefits to them.
We offer attractive web design packages to small business. Typical clients are small, family run businesses or Sole Traders (plumbers, electricians etc). We have used telesales very successfully in the past and so we know it can work very well if we have the right person making the calls and following up the leads. You need to be able to follow up leads and close as well.
Basic, laymen's awareness of web design/CMS and SEO is all that is required as no technical conversations are typically required.
Initially leads will be local to us meaning we can visit them and pitch if required which is another good selling point, however closing without the need for a personal visit would be preferable.
We will provide an initial list of businesses without a website and you will be required to contact them, establish the decision maker, sell the concept to them and create a hot lead for you to follow up and convert over time (closing the sale = filling out a brief online booking form). We appreciate that closing takes time and often several phone calls so we want someone to work on our sales pipeline for 20 hours a week.
Knowledge of Zoho CRM is of benefit but not essential.
The successful applicant will have a 4-hour 1 day trial which, assuming you produce some level of promising interest, will become ongoing.
