I need a Press Release written for my company in addition to any other bells and whistles that can help us in getting the news across to the public through news agencies regarding a new product/service in the country. I live in Dhaka, Bangladesh and we are the first of our kind when it comes to the specific service we provide along with the product. Our product is very similar to Dollar Shave Club / Harry's in the United States, both shaving/subscription companies that sell plans/packs that individuals can either buy on the go or subscribe to for a lower price. Here in Bangladesh, we are doing the exact same thing in providing a subscription plan for shaving essentials (eventually we will move to other grooming products) for both men and women. Currently our product range is more specific towards men but we don't want to completely exclude out females.
The company is doing business as "Grooming Club" but the name of the company is Grooming Central Ltd. On Facebook our page is Grooming Club Bangladesh.

In the press release, one of the main points I want to get across is regarding traffic. According to NYTimes: "By the government’s own estimate, Dhaka’s traffic jams eat up 3.2 million working hours each day and drain billions of dollars from the city’s economy annually." I want to play off this point and educate people about online/e-commerce shopping and how instead of going out and getting stuck in traffic to get razors, one can simply just order it online whenever they need it or as a subscription so they get it every month, bi-monthly or quarterly. It is up to the consumer what they want their frequency to be.
Another point I want to make is that we are cheaper than the leading brand in the market (Gillette) even with everything being delivered straight to your doorstep. I don't know if you can directly include Gillette in the release but somehow need to portray that our product is cheaper and delivered straight to your doorstep.
As for quality, our disposable blades are made in the US and therefore on par with quality with Gillette.
A lot of information can be found on the website/Facebook page. If any specific information is required, please do ask me and I'll give whatever is needed to write an effective press release (like quotes and other information). We also have a commercial that came out but didn't get that many hits but we believe is extremely forward when it comes to local ads here in Bangladesh and comical. Most of our media campaign has been online as well as we're avoiding going the traditional route.
