Description
Hi, I run a UK-based company called Tudor Jones, established in 1991, specialising in bespoke leather goods for the luxury hospitality sector. We design and manufacture products like menu covers, bill folders, coasters, tissue boxes, and desk accessories.
Our clients include high-end hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and interior designers who come to us for top-quality British-made craftsmanship and tailored branding. We’re a small but growing business with loyal customers and steady new enquiries.
I’m looking for a freelance marketing strategist or consultant to support with a one-off strategy session (around 60 to 90 minutes). The goal is to get a clear, honest view of:
What is and isn’t working in our current marketing
Where we should focus to generate more quality leads
The best-value marketing channels and ideas based on our business and audience
I’m not looking for anyone to run ads or sell services. This is about getting practical advice and direction I can trust.
After the session, I’d like a simple action plan that covers:
Clear priority areas to focus on
Best channels or tools to use
A practical roadmap we can follow in-house
If it’s a good fit, there may be ongoing strategy support needed in the future, but this is not required.
Ideal experience includes:
Working with B2B product-based businesses
Knowledge of the hospitality, luxury, or interior design sectors
UK market understanding
Clear, no-nonsense advice
To apply, please include:
A short intro and your relevant experience
What you would include in the session and the plan
Any past examples or relevant industries
Thanks
David

What channels are currently bringing in most of your leads, even if it’s just word-of-mouth?
Do you have any internal team or VA managing your content, or is it mostly ad hoc?
Are there specific hospitality sectors, e.g., boutique hotels vs. private clubs, you’re aiming to prioritize this year?
Do you currently track conversions and lead sources in a CRM or spreadsheet?
What’s your biggest frustration right now when it comes to marketing efforts?

Hi David,
Here are a few questions:
+ Which marketing channels are you currently using (e.g., website, email, social media, referrals)?
+ Where do most of your high-quality leads come from right now?
+ Do you have any in-house marketing resources or is it all outsourced?
+ What does a great new client look like for you?
+ Are there any specific goals or challenges you're hoping to solve in the next 6 months?
Thank you!
