Lead Researcher Needed

We are a premium UK web design and development agency looking for an experienced lead researcher to identify established, high-value businesses whose current websites are outdated, visually weak, poorly structured or clearly below the standard of their brand.

This is not a bulk email-scraping project.

We are looking for carefully researched, genuinely relevant prospects that could realistically benefit from a premium website redesign, conversion-focused landing page or digital brand upgrade.

We are open to other premium industries if the business is established and its website clearly needs improvement.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A GOOD LEAD?

A suitable lead should:

* Be an established, legitimate business
* Operate in a premium or high-value market
* Have a live but visibly outdated, weak or underperforming website
* Have a brand, service or physical location that appears stronger than its current website
* Have a publicly available business contact method
* Be a realistic prospect for premium web-design services

Do not include:

* Businesses with modern, high-quality websites
* New or unverified companies with little visible commercial activity
* Very small businesses that are unlikely to afford professional web development
* Duplicate companies
* Generic directories or listing pages
* Personal or guessed email addresses
* Leads without a working website
* Random bulk-scraped contacts that have not been individually reviewed

REQUIRED INFORMATION

For every lead, provide:

1. Business name
2. Website URL
3. City and country
4. Industry/category
5. Contact person’s name and role, if publicly available
6. Public business email address
7. Contact-form URL if no suitable public email is available
8. LinkedIn company page
9. Instagram profile, where relevant
10. Source URL showing where the contact information was found
11. A short, specific explanation of what is weak or outdated about the website
12. A brief reason why the business appears commercially suitable for premium web-design services

The website assessment must be specific.

Unacceptable:

“Website needs improvement.”

Acceptable:

“The website is not mobile-optimised, uses dated imagery and typography, has no clear enquiry journey and does not visually reflect the company’s premium showroom and vehicle inventory.”

DATA AND VERIFICATION RULES

* Only publicly available business information may be collected.
* Every email address must include a source URL.
* Do not guess email patterns.
* Do not supply personal email addresses unless the person has publicly listed the address for business enquiries.
* Do not invent decision-maker names or job titles.
* Every website must be opened and individually reviewed.
* All URLs and email addresses must be checked before submission.
* Duplicate businesses must be removed.
* Formatting must be consistent throughout the file.
* Quality is more important than quantity.

DELIVERABLE

A clean Google Sheet or Excel file containing all required fields.

The final sheet must be ready for our outreach team to use without additional cleaning or research.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Please include the following in your proposal:

1. Explain how you will find and qualify suitable businesses.
2. Explain how you will verify email addresses and source links.
3. State whether your research is manual, tool-assisted or a combination of both.
4. Provide your fixed price per 100 fully researched and qualified leads.
5. Provide your estimated delivery time for 100 leads.
6. Confirm that you can follow all public-data, source-link and no-guessing requirements.
7. Attach five sample leads using the exact structure requested above.

Applications without five relevant sample leads will not be considered.

PAID TEST AND ONGOING WORK

The selected researcher will begin with a paid test batch.

If the quality is consistently high, this can become ongoing work involving additional industries, locations and lead lists.

We are not looking for the cheapest researcher. We are looking for someone capable of identifying businesses with a genuine commercial need and delivering accurate, outreach-ready information.
