- Building rapport and trust with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Qualifying leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
- Recording accurate and detailed information about customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectively.
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
