Telesales agent to call 1 hour per day - daily - long term

Hours: 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday
Pay: Hourly rate + commission on upsells

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Freelance Telesales Agent to spend 1 hour per day (Monday–Friday) making cold calls to previous customers who have purchased our zip wire kits. Your goal will be to upsell our professional installation service or offer additional related products (e.g., accessories, safety gear, or return devices).

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to recent customers (no cold database – all have already made a purchase)

Present and explain the benefits of our installation service and complementary products

Handle objections professionally and confidently

Record call outcomes and customer notes accurately

Follow a basic sales script while adapting to the customer’s tone and needs

Meet agreed weekly targets for conversions

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or outbound calling

Clear and confident phone manner

Fluent in English

Reliable internet connection and phone setup

Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural

Results-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Preferred But Not Essential:

Experience with outdoor/leisure product sales

Knowledge or enthusiasm for zip wires and adventure gear
