Telemarketing to previous clients

Our company supplies shimmering outdoor products used on billboards, as retail window backdrops and for outdoor signs. See www.reflecto-lite.co.uk.
We have a new product Reflectocurtains https://www.reflecto-lite.co.uk/installation/ and need someone to contact previous clients to see if they would be interested in trying out our new product at a 50% discount so we can get feedback. We have an excel spreadsheet of contact details and past purchases so we need someone to call these clients to: 1. confirm whether details are still correct and update if necessary; 2. see if client is interested in using our new product or possibly getting a free sample; 3. arranging a more detailed follow-up call. Looking for 10 hours of calls to start.
