Sell print advertising for University Handbook

I am looking for an experienced telemarketer to sell print and online advertising for a University handbook over the phone. You will be able to access our online CRM and send emails to prospects. This is a business to business sales campaign.

The handbook is an official Students' Union publication for one of the country's top universities.

I will provide a media kit and talk you through what I expect and the sales process. I would expect somewhere in the region of 20 to 30 calls made per hour with a nice percentage connecting to decision makers.

You will have to be dynamic, able to follow instructions and have a professional telephone manner. A background in advertising would be an advantage.

The student market is very lucrative and I would think an experienced telemarketer would be able to sell pages very quickly. Adverts are not expensive, they start from £150 for a years worth of advertising so this should be very appealing to businesses.

If you are successful with this project I will have plenty more work for you on more of our publications and that is a promise.
