We're an AI-powered hiring platform that helps companies find and hire top talent. We work with senior hiring decision-makers (CPOs, CHROs, CTOs, COOs, Heads of TA) at mid-market and enterprise companies across the UK.
We're looking for an experienced outbound sales caller to test messaging, open conversations, and book product demos with our founder.
What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to a qualified list of UK-based hiring decision-makers (we provide the data)
- Testing different sales messages across different buyer personas (e.g. Chief People Officers, Heads of Talent, C-suite execs hiring for senior roles)
- Opening warm conversations, handling objections, and booking demo calls into our founder's calendar
- Giving us structured feedback on what's landing, what's not, and which type of buyer is most receptive
