Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking to build a team of outbound B2B telemarketers to build, maintain and expand relationships with our B2B affiliates. These are home-based, self-employed positions, so you are responsible for paying your own Tax and NI. Long-term engagements are preferred and possible if performance is good.
What you’ll be doing
* Recruit new affiliates via telemarketing
* Develop your own sales pitch strategies that optimise the market potential
* Manage and develop a database of prospects & clients – gathering relevant information and accurately annotating each contact for follow-up purposes
* Develop and expand relationships with affiliates
What we’ll be doing:
* We will provide you with a qualified list of prospects that we will ask you to convert to sales.
* We will give you in depth product training so you understand what you are selling
* We will provide you with a range of sales tools
* We will provide you with a business email
About your skills:
* You have at least 2 years experience within a successful B2B telemarketing department
* You have experience with selling/marketing to small, local business (Yell type)
* You are able to gather information well, and make good judgement calls.
* You have a friendly, positive, spontaneous personality.
* You have a high level of energy, excitement, competence, positive attitude and personal integrity and initiative
* You have a natural client and customer services aptitude
* You are an excellent communicator. English must be fluent and smooth.
* You have a pleasant telephone voice
* You are able to write emails and faxes in English fluently
* You are a savvy internet user
* Experience in the fitness & wellness sector would be an advantage.
You need:
* Fast, reliable internet connection, and must work from a quiet environment. No noise and distraction.
* Internet calling equipment (either headphones & microphone for computer, or VoIP capable phone)
* Ability to call businesses between 08:30 to 17:30 UK time.
* 15 hours per week initially, more possible after first 2 months
* Reliable high speed Internet
