We are an IT consultancy seeking a professional appointment setter to help us connect with decision-makers from small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the UK.
Our service portfolio includes:
Application Development, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Managed IT Support, etc.
Scope of Work:
1. Research and identify suitable businesses fitting our target profile.
2. Reach out to decision-makers (e.g., Founders, Directors, IT Managers) via LinkedIn, email, or other appropriate channels.
3. Schedule qualified virtual meetings with interested prospects.
4. Ensure meetings are booked with genuine, verified organisations and decision-makers who show up as scheduled.
Compensation:
We offer a base monthly retainer to cover consistent effort.
In addition, a performance bonus will be provided for each qualified meeting booked.
A qualified meeting is defined as:
1. Held virtually (Zoom, Teams, or similar).
2. Attended by the verified decision-maker.
3. From a UK-based business matching our target profile.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in appointment setting, particularly with UK or Europe-based B2B clients.
2. Strong communication skills and excellent English writing ability.
3. Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated by results.
4. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting best practices.
We are seeking someone dedicated to fostering high-quality conversations and genuine business opportunities, rather than merely providing contact lists.
If you have a strong record of booking qualified business meetings and are comfortable with a hybrid compensation model (retainer + per-meeting bonus), we’d love to hear from you.
