B 2 B Appointment Booking and Tele Sales

Ours is a Ltd. company, registered in Birmingham.

We distribute additives - products used in small dosages say 1% to improve properties - to plastic processors (for example manufacturers of carry bags, refuse sacks, racks, trays etc.).

The job entails :
a) Fixing appointments for visits by a Technical Sales person from the company.
-- This would involve briefing about the product and sending some datasheets by mail.

b) In some cases, the prospect might simply ask you to send a sample. In this case, updating an online Google doc / xls sheet with relevant details so that the admin team can send samples.

Our database consists of ~ 200 prospects. There will be an element of cold calling for updating the database first for the right people / email / fax etc.

I have asked for per hour bids but am open to work on total project basis as well.
