Google Analytics Configuration for Marketing Campaign

I have google analytics setup to my domain www.simplecyberlife.com but the bounce rate is very high (86%) and I want to try and get this down. As such, I'm going to run a marketing campaign to put traffic through the site to see where people are dropping off.

I need someone to ensure it is configured correctly before I start the campaign (goals, etc.) and then show me how to use google analytics (3 x 1 hr sessions). Any insights on how to reduce bounce rates also appreciated.
