Logo for Therapeutic Service

Hi. I need a logo for my psychotherapy business. I work with children, adolescents and families but want to have a logo that is eye catching, colourful (rainbow colours) and represents the name "Inside Out Psychotherapy" so the idea being that what is unconscious once shared and thought about can be healed. My logo needs to appeal to parents, teachers, children and other professionals. I will be targeting schools and local authorities. I have a logo currently that is two heads (adult size) facing each other; one with a light bulb and the other with a plant growing. I like this but the colours are not bright enough and it doesn't speak to my brand/audience I feel. Unfortunately I don't have a big budget but I wondered if some of you talented people could design one image and then use smaller versions/spin offs that would enhance leaflets etc.
