Experienced Magento Web Developer Required for Ongoing Support

We are looking for a reliable and experienced web designer who can carry out ad-hoc work on our magento site. Jobs will include, changing postage costs on the site, changing the home page pictures regularly and also advising us of how we can improve the shopping experience for our customers. We would also like to offer free gifts with purchases.
