Aim: To create an Excel Programme Management Dashboard Reporting Template
Brief:
I need to develop a excel file/dashboard to manage a programme with several projects / workstreams at the same time. I must be able to view all project status at one single dashboard.
Each project/ workstream must follow the structure below:
1st Tab: Programme Summary
a.Dashboard summary
b.Programme Brief
c.Milestone tracker
d.Programme delivery timeline
e.Benefits realisation Map
f.RAID log
g.Workstream Tracker
h.Performance Indicator
2. Programme Plan: see attached template
3. Workstream Tab
a.Workstream Timeline
b.Workstream Scope, Objectives & Benefits
4. Completed Task
If you could send an example of a similar work you have previously done is a plus!
