AI Systems Architect & Multi-Agent Automation Specialist

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Systems Architect to help design and implement a business intelligence and automation platform for a growing group of ecommerce, wholesale, retail, and distribution businesses operating across multiple channels.

This is not a chatbot project.

We are building an AI-powered operational framework that combines business intelligence, workflow automation, reporting, customer intelligence, inventory intelligence, procurement planning, and executive decision support.

The successful candidate will help us move from architecture and planning into technical implementation.

Scope of Work

We have already completed a significant amount of business analysis, workflow design, reporting frameworks, KPI structures, CRM architecture, inventory architecture, and operational process mapping.

We are now looking for a specialist to assist with:

AI Architecture
Multi-agent system design
Agent orchestration
Agent communication workflows
AI governance frameworks
Data Integration

Integrating multiple business systems including:

Ecommerce platforms
ERP / inventory systems
Payment gateways
CRM systems
Reporting systems
Communication platforms
Business Intelligence

Development of:

Executive dashboards
Daily reporting
Weekly reporting
Monthly reporting
KPI monitoring
Performance scorecards
Operational Automation

Workflows covering:

Customer management
Inventory management
Procurement
Order management
Quotations
Pre-orders
Finance reporting
Performance tracking
