Set up GA4 for three websites with reports

We have three websites that have basic Google Analytics 4 integrations that may not be working optimally. We require them to be accurately set up for full ecommerce integration including products and custom product categories.

We also require reports set up that mimic, as closely as possible, some previous default stat pages available in the old Universal Analytics.

Finally, we need the Analytics tracking integrated into Adwords on two of the sites so we can use this as the conversion goal with ecommerce stats (including revenue) available in the Adwords interface.
