Two short Animated Instructional Videos - Staff Appraisals

We have redesigned our staff Appraisal program recently and are looking to produce two short animated instructional videos
- one for the line manager on how to run and manage the appraisal
- one for the staff member on how to prepare and participate well in their appraisal

Likely around only 2-3min long each
Scripts and visual guide of ideas for what should happen within the animation to be supplied
Will need to meet our brand colours and guidelines within the piece
Looking for a professional feeling style - not cartoon-like etc
Completion will be needed within 7-10 days
