I need a short motion graphic advert designed for website

I need a short motion graphic video with an English (preferably British) voice-over (actual voiceover is not necessary, can provide myself) to give a short visual explanation of the key features of a student accommodation website.

Maximum length - 2 minutes, preferably 1.5 minutes. Completion deadline - preferably within next 2-3 weeks.

I am looking for a simplistic yet informative marketing-style video using only motion graphics. PLEASE DO NOT SEND FILM REELS.
