Need help with SEO for squarespace website

Hey There,

I'm designing a website in Squarespace and I'm not great on SEO. I need to work with an SEO specialist to give me a list of things I need to do to get the website listing for certain keywords. It's a specific niche and underserved so I do think it should be possible to get first page of Google

I'm doing all the design and SEO execution work, it's more just someone top line to tell me what I need to be doing in terms of naming images, backlinks, copy etc.

This is a one off job as the client doesn't have an on-goint budget to spend on SEO right at this moment.
