JPG Mandala design replicated exactly

I need this circular mandala made from Diatoms recreated as a precise, clean vector so it can be scaled for print and digital without losing detail. The goal is a like-for-like redraw, not a reinterpretation.

Reference
I’ll supply:
– The image of the mandala (current artwork)

Objective
– Recreate the mandala exactly as a vector illustration: same composition, shapes, proportions, spacing, weight and overall feel.
– Maintain the symmetry and geometry so the circle feels perfectly balanced and centred.

Artwork requirements
– Redraw every individual diatom / shape as a vector.
– Keep the relative sizes and positions identical to the reference.
– Maintain the current level of detail in the textures and internal lines, but simplify only where absolutely necessary for clean vector work.
– Overall shape must be a perfect circle when viewed from a distance.
– The design should be built so that:
– Outer ring, middle ring and central motif are clearly grouped.
– Each diatom shape is its own object or small group, not merged into one big shape.
– No typography is needed; this is purely the mandala artwork.

Colour
– Single-colour artwork in the same blue-green tone as the reference.
– Please match the colour as closely as possible and set it up as a global colour / swatch so it can be easily adjusted later if needed.
– RGB value subject to change

Technical setup
– Work in Adobe Illustrator (or compatible) on an artboard at least 3000 x 3000 px.
– All paths should be clean and editable (no unnecessary anchor points).
– Use strokes and fills in a way that is editable later (no expanded appearance unless in a specific version).
– Align everything precisely to the centre of the artboard.

Deliverables
– Editable AI file with organised layers and groups (for example: background, outer ring, middle ring, centre motif).
– Print-ready PDF.
– SVG for web use.
– Two versions:
– Version A: with strokes live and editable.
– Version B: with strokes expanded for maximum reliability in print.
– Transparent background on all versions.

Usage
The illustration will be used in brand applications such as packaging, print and digital assets, so it must be robust and clean at very large sizes.
