Need someone to help sort out my Google Adwords account

We have a Google Adwords account that needs sorting in terms of keywords etc. It isn't straightforward as on the landing page we are advertising 4 different members under one organisation.

I have attached a copy of the landing page which will have a neww banner etc soon but this is how it currently looks.

Currently, there are too many keywords not grouped correctly. This account has never been set up properly and needs a complete overhaul so that it can operate to increase traffic at minimum cost. A lot of the keywords words that are currently being used are irrelevant and do not serve any purpose. Also, there should probably be some more negative keywords, broad matches, broad match modified and phrases.

Please let me know if this is something that you can do and would be happy to discuss prior to actually starting the work to ensure that you fully understand the requirements.
