Need an overhaul of our business Google Ads

We have a retail and service business in Denver, CO. The Google ads were set up by the former owner. We notice that not all of the extensions are setup. There are some abandoned ads, and some disapproved ads. We want someone who can learn about our business, who we want to target, what the search terms will be, and then fine tune the ad sets for us. Probably end up combining the best features of the ads that were setup previously, adding some new features, deleting some parts that aren't relevant, etc. Let me know in your proposal what sets you apart from everyone else and why I should hire you for the job.
