Make my Google ad work

I have used Google ads for 18 years!
I have set up a new Google Ads campaign, setting are Google Search network, daily budget of £40 per day. However, the advert is not displaying. Tired Google support - no help.
My keywords are similar to previous campaigns which are paused -but do not return the advert. When I preview the ad I get this "Your ad isn't showing - ppa cover matched 1 keyword from Ad group 1 ad group found in Interim campaign".
I'd like this fixing and my adverts to run.
