Adwords Bing Yahoo PPC Optimisation

Hello,
Im looking for ongoing Adwords/big/yahoo optimisation.
Currently spending circa £1.5K on Adwords across a number of campaigns. Our business gets good return from Adwords and we do go through monthly optimisations. The websites are medical related websites (eg private medical practices)
We had an adwords expert for a long time but she left us in Jan, I then found a freelancer on another website and he has made an big impact on our campaign, however he is currently juggling a job and freelance work and has decided he can't juggle this workload anymore and is stopping his freelance work.
I work inhouse for the client but also have other clients that I provide marketing advice for on an adhoc basis so if this account goes well there would be other work too.
