Link Building and GMB expert

I am looking at an expert in link building and disavow toxic/irrelevant links. I wish to increase the DA/DR of my websites x 2 to a DA score of 30 for both sites

I would also like to increase the GMB profile for both sites so you must be very experienced in marketing GMB profiles

I would like a monthly cost for link building and increasing the GMB profile x websites.
