Description

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, focusing on driving conversions and achieving sales targets.
Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and conversion rates, analyzing data to make informed decisions.
Create compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Clixlo, providing detailed reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support the organization and promotion of webinars, workshops, and other online events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Develop and execute guerilla marketing tactics to creatively promote Ultra Display Ads in unconventional and cost-effective ways.
Manage and grow our social media presence by engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and sharing relevant industry content.
Assist with SEO strategies and website content updates to enhance organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, actively seeking opportunities to learn and upskill in emerging areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and performance-based campaigns.
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, with a proactive approach to self-improvement and professional development.
Business-level proficiency in written English.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis.
Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative marketing solutions and strategies.
Knowledge of guerilla marketing techniques and the ability to execute creative campaigns on a limited budget.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary: $500 per month.
Bonus and commission structure available after two months, with potential earnings ranging from $900 to $1,700 per month. full time hours around 44 hours per week. hours to be confirmed depending on Location
