Website Mockup in PSD and branding

We are an online automotive parts company in the process of building a standalone ecommerce site.
We are currently using a company who have offered to build our Magento site as they currently manage our eBay store.

However the mockup is more functional than designed.
We are looking for a freelancer with a good eye for detail to have a look at the site and add more of a design element to it. The candidate would come up with ideas (but not limited to) features/ layout/ colour scheme/ fonts etc…and mock up in psd. We would then get the developer to work off your mockup.

Furthermore, a would like the designer to have a look at our branding, and maybe suggest some updates, changes and come up with some branding guidelines.
