Website Build, SEO, Product Upload

We hire equipment, decor, chairs, tables for customers based in Dubai. We currently use wordpress for our website but we do not have the knowledge to maintain this or build. The website is prettylittleprops.com

What we are looking for is

1) A new website, we are not prescious on the platform but the design, look and feel must be current. It must also be able to easily update products and product images. The website will not sell items, only display them so woocommerce is not required.
2) Someone to upload our products into the correct categories
3) Someone to ensure SEO is on point accross the website
4) The website is to be used as a repository for our customers to view our products and contact us to book in
5) The website should have a contact us pop up bottom right, for instant chat.
6) The Website should have a subscriber mailing list popup

This project is to begin in June, so that we can gather our photo content during the down period in Dubai.
