Web site redesign & Logo

Description of every page: I have an existing wed site, with all the content and pictures already in place, every ting work, but it looks dated.
I like someone to come up with new design, and Logo.
it's Joomla 2.5 backend which we are not going to change. The template/Theme need to have mobile version (iphone etc)
I'd like to see three colour variations.
Logo need to work on screen as well and word file and email signature.

I don't want to give the name of the site at this stage.
I don't like facebook style design, it need to be clean and easy to use.
The content is quite wordy, and technical at times.
The user will want to remain with in the same navigation structure for the hole site.
Feel free to ask questions.
I'd like to get this going this week.
