Web Site Designer/builder/Seo

I had already advertised this job and accepted but due to the Freelancer suffering unfortunate loss I had to cancel and now am re-advertising.

I am an Agony Aunt and am looking for that special person to design my site. I want the site to be exciting to look at and I have most of the content ready to upload. I have been answering people's problems for many years and I also write letters, for people who want to break up with a boyfriend/husband/partner, I have also written to people in Prison on behalf of families they have committed crimes against so this I will want to be a feature of my site. I will also want to be able to access the site to be able to write on a particular subject at length each week. Who ever takes this on should know that I will want people to pay me via pay pal for my services and I will be wanting the site to reach far and wide. I haven't yet decided on a name so any advice would be appreciated. I am not an Agony Aunt that gives short sharp answers but prefer to go indeptch with people so that they get an understanding of things (this you will see from some of my content). I am not an impatient person in any sense of the word but since this situation has arisen I would like that this gets done in the shortest possible time so I can get to work. Very importantly I would like SEO work done on this site to give it the best possible chance of being found and I will talk further on that with the people who bid.
