Web developer needed to complete website

Description of every page: We’re looking for a web developer to create our new website and to offer ongoing web support. At the moment we have an interim website in place which urgently needs replacing.

At this stage it’s not a particularly creative job but we are looking to establish a long term relationship with ongoing support to keep the site up to date. We will be looking for creative input when we update and improve upon the site.

We need someone with a good standard of written English with the ability to communicate regarding any issues that may crop up.

Ultimately we are looking for a dynamic site where the pages will automatically resize depending on screen resolution. However, time is short and we want a professional site up and running by the end of the month. With this is mind we are planning on developing the site as static code to start with.

The budget shown above is for the static site. If you can do the dynamic coding as well please give us a price for this. If it is easier to do this in one go please quote for the whole thing, if you prefer to break it down into Static Site & Dynamic site this is also fine, just ensure that it's clear about what you are quoting for. Please bear in mind that the website needs to go live at the end of January so if you can’t provide the dynamic coding within this time-frame give us a price for the static site and a price and time-scale for delivering the dynamic site.

There will be 9 main pages. A pop-up contact form a pop-up request for e-mail address. The layouts for these will be supplied in ai & jpeg format. All text will also be supplied in word documents. All logos/photos will be supplied as jpegs.

I’ve attached a jpeg demonstrating the Home page layout. This is to show how we want the website to look and the level of content on a page.

Important features we need included;
1. A Twitter feed on our news page. We can supply the widget from twitter but we would prefer this to look like the visual supplied. If you are only able to include this as the standard looking widget please let us know in your bid.
2. On the News page we will have pdf information books for clients to download. We need the downloads to only be available to someone who has previously registered and given us contact details. So some sort of pop up registration form/login will be required.
3. There is a Pop up contact us form which will be linked to tab on bottom right of each page.

We need this to go live on friday 31st January

I've attached a more in depth briefing sheet. Apologies if some of this seems a bit obvious but we have had issues with previous developers and so the briefing is trying to cover everything.
