Web Design Improvements (Slider and call to action)

Description of every page: Many thanks for looking.

I am looking for two design elements:

1) A Christmas website slider for a wordpress site (based on a christmas present graphic I have which I will send) fonts and content supplied

2) A call to action which will be installed onto a wordpress site in the same place on every page. The site has three main products so it is envisaged that fixed on the right hand side of the page, the three options will be available for the website visitor to click on. I also like the idea that when somebody hovers that the colour changes.
