Two projects

Hello,

I am looking to outsource two design projects both to be built in WordPress. Happy for pre-made templates to be used due to the relatively low budget here, as long as they are re-designed to purpose. Please include link if you intend to use a pre-designed template.

First project: Web Agency
Pages: Home, About Us, Services (see sub-pages below), Blog, Contact Us
Services Sub-Pages: Pay Monthly Web Design, Web Hosting, Managed WordPress, SEO, Web Hosting, Website Management
Design: Should be simple yet visually attractive with a good content flow
Website should be SEO friendly and mobile friendly
Logo: New unique logo

Second Project: Dog training website
Pages: Home, Services, Book Now, Testimonials, About Contact
Design: This one is important, should have a personal feel to it whilst looking visually attractive, easy on the eye, not too overloading, and professional. The home page should include an upcoming events section, a booking plugin, the online courses element I we will add at a later date (so just a coming soon style page for now) - this project will be ongoing work if you're interested
Logo: Redesign, I will provide the existing logo

Please include:
- Examples of similar work
- Expected ETA
- If using a pre-made template the URL's to them and if they're included
- Proposal amount if different from budget
