Rebuild minimalistic website design with wordpress Divi and CSS.

I am looking for someone who can rebuild my simple minimalistic website design with wordpress Divi and CSS.
You should be able to:
- Work with wordpress Divi.
- Work with and adjust basic css/html.
- Make the layouts work responsive.
I want to start with a simple layout rebuilding for the starting/home page. The HTML/CSS codes used on this page are already set up and only need minor adjustments or changes to the position for example.
If rebuilding the starting/home page works out for me and your prices are good, I want to continue working with you for the rest of the site!
