I need to modernise this site:

We originally built this site 9 years ago. It's old theme on Wordpress and buggy. It seems to attract a lot of spam and hack attempts - probably because its an old theme.
The content remains the same. Logo is the same. Colours can remain the same. Just a retheme/reboot with a modern theme that's fast and lean and SEO'd and hopefully looks good.
JUST NEEDS A RE-THEME NOT a FULL DEVELOPMENT.
I need a cost and timeframe. No particular date it's required by.
