Perth, GBThis was a basic project to simply upgrade an existing website for observation only. No interaction would be needed hence not a full-stack website.
I thought the time to develop was excessive & the website was basic. Today website developers do not seem to know or understand coding for full-stack web design & only understand CMS like WordPress which is not good. I was charged excessively for the work which I had to haggle down.

Firstly you mentioned that this was a basic project, but then complain the website was basic? You replied saying you liked the website, So I am very confused by this statement. You also mention that this was not a full stack website and then also complain that developers don't understand full stack? Again irrelevant!
I completed the job in one day, my proposal was for £30 an hour which you accepted, on completion I told you the hours it took to which you replied I only want to pay £100, you didn't need to haggle as I offered to reduce to £120 again to which you agreed.
You then wanted me to hand over site files prior to payment because "You can only afford £60 this week" I reduced the project to £90 off my own back because I wanted the project completed and in the interest of good will.
You became rude and insulting because I wouldn't had over the files before receiving payment. I'm sorry but your feedback is inaccurate, irrelevant and just plain spiteful.
