    It would be useful if you could share more info. Freelancers have to pay to submit a proposal and so "we will discuss in private" is very difficult for many to justify putting in a proposal because sadly often people think they can get a website made for next to nothing.

    You can of course approach freelancers directly but it would be very useful to all if you could share some information, at least of the job budget so those interested can remit.
