    1. Do you want customers to pay online at checkout, or should they submit an order/request first and receive a quote?

    2. Approximately how many products or service categories will be available initially?

    3. Will pricing be fixed, or does it change based on quantity, print area, embroidery size, number of colours, etc.?

    4. Do you already have the logo, brand colours, product photos, pricing, and written content ready?

    5. Do you already have a domain and hosting?

    1. Should customers be able to complete payment online, or should the form generate a quote/order request for your team?

    2. How is pricing calculated --> fixed pricing or based on quantity, garment, printing/embroidery type, sizes, colours and artwork?

    3. What should customers be able to upload, and what file formats/size limits are required?

    4. Do you need real inventory management with stock quantities, or only product/order management?

    5. Do you already have a preferred platform (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.), or would you like me to recommend the best architecture for this ordering workflow?

    Hi Thomas, for the ordering flow, do customers simply submit a quote/order request with their artwork, or do you need them to configure products such as garment/product type, size/colour, quantity, print vs embroidery, artwork position and options, with pricing and stock calculated before checkout?

    To start immediately, I’ll need: Logo/branding, product and pricing details, service content, images, order/payment requirements, domain/hosting details, and relevant account access via WorkStream. Once received, I can begin immediately.
