My client provides online dance/fitness classes.
They have a complex booking system built on a PHP website. The website works fine but the User Journey is extremely flawed and it is riddled with errors. My client spent quite a bit of money on this build and because of the complexity, a 3rd party integrated booking and virtual class experience isn't feasible.
The original developer has gone really quiet (probably due to the amount of issues!)
We're looking for someone who will be able to work with what we have and fix it. We're opening to removing some of the complexity within reason.
Requirements
- Registration process
- Restricted view depending on membership level
- ability to bank credits for any cancelled classes
- search for events/classes and book online
- database to host all emails so she can automatically send class updates based on what they've booked
