Description
I have found a template that fits my concept best:
https://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/factor-industry-amp-factory-html5-website-template-146028.html#tab-intro
I do not want to use the template but have it written from scratch based on this design.
I have also started creating content for it in Canva:
https://www.canva.com/design/DAGqHeUYb6U/5_z1FGV9cTYVWOZKytDFDA/view?utm_content=DAGqHeUYb6U&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=uniquelinks&utlId=h07d0d167e9
This does not mean I know exactly what each page should contain, so I would need some guiding and suggestions.
On top of it, it will require connecting with Mailerlite for the freebie sign-up as well as integrations for newsletter sign up, contact form, maybe Calendly link, etc.
The Training and Turnaround pages will probably have 5 or so sub-pages, so that I can go deeper into the topics described on the main page.
The Blog needs to be editable and the Events page too, plus past events should disappear once they pass their date.
I have the domain and it is hosted on Siteground.
The end goal is to have a solid funnel and lead generation tool rather than just a website, so any suggestions are welcomed.
Please let me know how much would it cost to create this website and your current availability.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Michael

Do you have a rough sitemap for all pages/subpages, or should we define this together?
Will your Events page need calendar sync or simple post-based event entries?
Do you need initial SEO setup (metadata, schema, search console)?
Would you prefer Elementor or a block-based builder for flexibility? -
Hi Michael! A few quick questions to help shape the project more accurately:
Do you have a clear brand identity (colors, fonts, tone), or should I suggest something based on the template and Canva samples?
Would you like the website built with a CMS (like WordPress) for easy editing, or prefer static HTML with structured admin access?
Should the blog and events sections be manually updated by you, or do you prefer a more dynamic backend system?
Are there any specific features you want on the homepage — e.g. client logos, testimonials, videos, or stats?
Do you already have a freebie (lead magnet) ready for MailerLite, or should I help format/design one?
Do you need any ongoing support or tutorials post-launch (to manage pages, posts, forms, etc.)?
What is your ideal timeline for launch?
message me and We can explore ideas on how to optimize it for conversions and lead generation.
