CMS News Website

Website design required with either Wordpress or Joomla (please specify which you will use) that will have a login / signup facility as well as a newsfeed that will take articles from other news providers such as reuters/bbc news etc and displays them as articles on the website. There will also need to be a section where I can upload my own articles and a "blog" page as well as a directory page.

I am also looking to add a couple of widgets/modules onto the site such as a rolling stockmarket ticker. If there are any costs incurred in getting these widgets I will cover these on top of the bid price.

Design needs to looks sleek and attractive, I am not against using a template as long as it doesn't limit what I can add to the site in the future and I am able to add my own graphics where appropriate.

Lots of scope for further work on this site once the foundations are set-up so I am looking for a UK individual who I can work with going forward.
