Build a personalised song service website

I need a designer to make a customized replica of this website, (www.songfinch.com) with placeholders.
I will be running the same business model, so I need it built in such a way where I can change text, upload mp3 and mp4, and take orders with payment gateway
it will also have the referral discount code options for customers
It will have a list of songs where people can choose for the lyrics to have another name (customized)
have up to 100 logins to cover rappers singers producers and graphic designers that can take orders
store the singers account number for them to be paid

The first page will have a list of gift songs with different genre where customer can choose and order it
The website will have a info page of how many days before the song is ready
requirement - customer name email phone number and name of the the celebrant

The second page will be similar but the songs(different genre) will have no lyrics - same as above but with an option to add the celebrant photo to be used by the graphic team. Although it will have a placeholder of someone's picture along with a completed song for each genre as reference.

the artist ( singer rapper songwriter poet)will have a login that gives them access to the
1. songs they will use e
2 . ready made lyrics
3. ready made graphic design.
The producer will have login access to view how many of his tracks has been used

The backend admin can
1.see all the data and send the completed songs to the customers
2. have all the bank details of each artist that needs to be paid weekly monthly
3. See the analysis of where the traffic is coming from eg directly to the website, through referral code, through social media website and other company website that partners with us
4 The admin can reallocate a job where there is a delay
5. Progress tracker to see if the song is being delayed.
6. The list of referral codes that need to be paid
7.A calendar for the customers to synced to the orders on the back end where customers can see if they can get the order within 3 days or more
The song uploaded into the server should have the producer and singer name /unique code or id attached to it
I want to start this on a small scale with a few singers then scale up
I want this backed up to the cloud where I can increase the server as as it grows globally
Third page will have an email link where customers will send us more detail of what they require and we give them a price range e.g prices range from £150

There should be an faq we can update from time to time
