London, GBHe wasn't able to resolve the issue as he isn't a HTML developer. He lacks the experience to take on more advance projects. His communication skills are poor and he is not respectful of deadlines and will lead you on promising to start working on your project. the two stars are only because he did try to resolve the issue.

Hello, Your theme was custom built and who told you that I am not a html developer. See my other feedback. You're a bad guy and you forced me to start within 10 minutes after deposit. If you have so much rush then you should find alternative and that's the reason I declined to complete this project.
