Amendments to simple Wordpress site

We're buying a business on 1 October and I need to line someone up to get some amendments done for me in three phases, as soon as we take the business over:
1) replace the site with a simple holding "Back soon" type page with a logo (to be provided by us - we have a designer who will supply any designs needed)
2) make some basic amendments in the first few days, such as changing phone numbers, addresses and removing one of the (five) pages of the site
3) make a further update with some additional information, such a refining content.

We'll need someone to be available on 1 or 2 October to make step one happen, then step two needs to be done over the next few days. Step three can happen at some point over the coming couple of weeks, to be all complete by say 14 October.

There will undoubtedly be ongoing work to this site to improve it, so if you have SEO knowledge that would be great as we would like to build the site's ability to appear in searches moving forwards.

We would like someone whose first language is English as I need the amends to go smoothly and with a fundamental understanding of proper grammar and spelling.
