3 x WordPress websites

We need 1 new Wordpress website built. Although I have some WP experience, I don't have the time to do these myself!

We would like to replace our existing website and have also attached a copy of our logo to show colour style. Much of this text can 'copied' across.

In terms of design style, close attention should be paid to the logo - the idea is to come across simple and clear (so, intuitive to navigate).
