Very Simple Image/Graphic Design

I am looking to get some graphics done that will be printed for use on my windows. The design is very simple, it will just be a rectangular box with a few words of text in it in a sharp font.

There are 3 boxes but all will be the same style (i.e. purple box with white writing). Looking to get this done by around tomorrow (Wednesday) lunch time so please only if you are able to begin immediately.
